Scope: These Terms govern your use of the EnjoyMeNow service and related support systems operated by DCBC Group LLC, including any webpages we use to provide the service, purchases, support, or legal notices (even if hosted on DCBCGroup.com).

Our Privacy Promise (Plain Language)

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We want you to enjoy our WebAR adult experience with peace of mind. Here's exactly what happens with your data:

• Core WebAR Session Data (Camera, Sensors, Motion): Your camera feed and motion data never leave your device. All camera and motion tracking happens locally on your phone. Content is securely delivered from our servers. We do not see, record, transmit, or store any images, videos, or movement data from your sessions.
• Adult Content Cleanup: All adult content (3D models, audio files, character data) is configured to prevent browser caching. When you close the browser tab, this content is automatically removed from your device. No adult content persists after your session ends.
• Session Storage: No persistent browser storage (localStorage) is used. Session data stored temporarily in sessionStorage (such as access validation status) is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.
• Access-Control Data for Paid Users: If you purchase a Stealth Code, we store limited access-control data needed to deliver, validate, recover, and support that access. This may include a protected version of the code, an anonymized device signature, basic device and browser type, the IP address used at registration, expiration data, limited transaction metadata, and the purchase email associated with code delivery or recovery. We do not use this information for marketing or advertising purposes.
• Voluntary Communications: If you contact us via our contact form, email, or support system, we store the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion of this correspondence at any time.
• Beta Program Feedback & Device Performance Data: During our public beta period, when you voluntarily submit feedback through our in-app feedback form, we collect the following data alongside your feedback to help us improve performance and compatibility:
  • Device information: device model, operating system, browser, screen resolution, GPU, available memory, and CPU cores
  • Performance metrics: frame rate (FPS), page load times, and connection speed
  • Session information: session duration, device tier classification, and selected character
  • Your IP address and approximate location (country) derived from it

  This data is collected only when you actively submit feedback — it is not collected passively or continuously. It is used solely to diagnose performance issues, improve device compatibility, and enhance the experience. It is not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or linked to any personal identity. This data collection will end when the beta period concludes, at which point collected data will be deleted.

• Payment Processing: Our payment processor (currently CCBill) collects the payment details required to complete your transaction. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. We may receive and store limited transaction metadata, processor references, and the purchase email needed for Stealth Code delivery, recovery, fraud prevention, and support.

(In short: Your AR experience runs locally on your device. We keep only limited operational data needed for paid access, code recovery, fraud prevention, and support. We do not use that information for marketing, profiling, or advertising.)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EnjoyMeNow.com (the "Service"), operated by DCBC Group, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and us (the Service provider). We may update these Terms occasionally, as described in the Changes section below. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Important: The Service provides adult-oriented augmented reality content. It is only for adults who are legally permitted to view such material. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements in the next section and will comply with this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Strictly 18+ Only. This Service is intended solely for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to access or use this website or any of its services.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• Adult Status: You are at least 18 years old and legally an adult in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal right, power, and capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement.
• Lawful Access: Accessing and viewing adult-oriented content is legal in your jurisdiction, and you are not accessing the Service from any location where such material is prohibited by law.

We do not permit access to the Service by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances. If we become aware that an individual under 18 has accessed or attempted to use the Service, we will take immediate steps to terminate access and remove any associated information.

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate access if we believe a user does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Adult Content and Appropriate Use

Explicit Content Warning: This Service contains sexually explicit material intended for adults only. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to view adult-oriented content and that such material does not offend you.

Nature of Content: All visual depictions available on EnjoyMeNow consist entirely of computer-generated 3D models, digital characters, and animated simulations. No real human performers appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on this Service.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: DCBC Group LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any illegal content. We do not produce, host, or permit content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual acts, exploitation, sex trafficking, bestiality, or any other material that violates applicable laws. Any suspected violation should be reported immediately to us at [email], and we will take prompt action.

2257 Compliance: Because the visual content on this Service consists solely of computer-generated imagery and does not depict actual human performers engaged in sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to such visual content. DCBC Group LLC nevertheless maintains appropriate internal documentation and compliance procedures.

Voice Performances: Certain scenes or interactions may include voice performances provided by verified adult voice actors (18+). All voice contributors have contractually confirmed their adult status and granted DCBC Group LLC the rights to use their recordings. No voice recordings involve minors.

4. Anti–Human Trafficking Policy

DCBC Group LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or any form of coercion.

Our Service consists exclusively of computer-generated 3D models and animations. No real individuals appear in any visual depictions. We do not allow user-generated uploads involving real persons.

We strictly prohibit any content, communication, or activity that:

• Promotes or facilitates human trafficking or sex trafficking;
• Involves coercion, fraud, or exploitation;
• Involves minors in any capacity;
• Promotes commercial sexual services involving real individuals.

Any suspected violation should be reported immediately to [email]. We will investigate promptly and cooperate fully with law enforcement where appropriate.

5. User Conduct and License to Use the Service

License Grant to You

When you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EnjoyMeNow and its content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This means you may stream or interact with our AR content on your device for your own enjoyment. No ownership rights are transferred to you – we are just giving you permission to use our service and view/listen to our content under these conditions.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All materials on EnjoyMeNow – including all videos, 3D models, images, graphics, animations, software code, text, trademarks (like "EnjoyMeNow" and our logos), and other content – are owned by DCBC Group or its affiliated companies or licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. EnjoyMeNow and DCBC Group retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. You do not acquire any ownership of content by using the site or by purchasing a premium session; you only get the limited license described above.

Intellectual Property Rights — Software and Code

All HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other code that powers the Service, whether obfuscated or readable, is proprietary software and copyrighted material owned by DCBC Group LLC. You may view and use the Service only as permitted under this Agreement. You may not copy, republish, mirror, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any code or materials except as expressly permitted by DCBC Group LLC in writing.

Definition of "Software": For purposes of this Agreement, "Software" means all code, object code, source code, obfuscated code, scripts, APIs, tools, libraries, assets, and technologies, whether hosted on our servers, delivered to your browser, cached on your device, or otherwise used in connection with the Service.

Reverse Engineering and Technical Protection Measures

You acknowledge that DCBC Group LLC uses obfuscation, encryption, and other technical means to protect its software and services. You agree not to attempt to bypass, defeat, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, debug, or otherwise derive any source code, algorithms, or underlying logic from any obfuscated or protected software components, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

Any attempt to circumvent technical protection measures — whether manually or through automated tools — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Unauthorized Access and Security

Any access to backend software, infrastructure, servers, APIs, databases, administrative systems, or internal codebases not explicitly permitted under this Agreement is strictly unauthorized. You agree that attempting to access, exploit, probe, scan, disclose, or use any backend systems without permission — whether accessed intentionally, accidentally, through malicious scanning, misconfiguration exploitation, or other means — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may subject you to civil and criminal liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Third-Party Components and Licenses

Some components of the Service may consist of software, frameworks, libraries, or assets licensed from third parties (including, but not limited to, 8th Wall, MediaPipe, and three.js). Your rights and obligations with respect to those third-party components are governed by the applicable third-party license terms and not these Terms. DCBC Group's proprietary code, content, and assets remain subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

Explicit Incorporation of Legal Notices

By accessing, viewing, downloading, caching, or using any part of this website, web application, source code, obfuscated code, assets, or technologies, you expressly agree that these Terms govern your use and interpretation of all such materials. Copyright notices, license headers, and legal notices embedded in any Software files are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

You must not do any of the following with our content or Service:

• No Copying or Distribution: You may not download (except as needed for streaming/cache), record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express permission. Personal viewing only. For example, you cannot record the AR session and then upload the video elsewhere – that is not allowed.
• No Commercial Use: You cannot use the content for any commercial purpose. This means you can't charge anyone to watch it, can't use it to promote other products, and can't display it publicly or in a commercial setting.
• No Derivative Works: You may not modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from our content or software. This includes not incorporating our 3D models or characters into any other apps, videos, games, or any media.
• No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or reverse engineer any of the software or technology that makes our Service work. Our WebAR engine and systems are proprietary, and you may not attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or underlying ideas.
• No Circumvention: You may not bypass, defeat, or circumvent any technical protection measures, including obfuscation, encryption, access controls, or copy protection mechanisms.
• No Hacking or Abuse: You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service or bypass any security or technical measures. This means no introducing viruses or malicious code, no spamming the service, no using bots or scrapers to mass-download content, and no doing anything that could harm the Service or the experience for other users.
• Respect Access Limitations: If certain areas of the site or certain content are restricted (e.g., premium content behind a paywall, or regions we've blocked), you agree not to attempt to access those unlawfully. Do not use VPNs or other methods to evade geographic restrictions if your region is blocked.

Abuse Prevention Measures: To enforce these rules, we track request patterns to prevent abuse. Temporary rate-limiting data is automatically deleted within minutes. Limited validation attempt records may be retained for a longer period for fraud prevention.

Enforcement and Remedies

You acknowledge that any breach of the intellectual property, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access provisions of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to DCBC Group LLC for which monetary damages would be inadequate. Accordingly, DCBC Group LLC shall be entitled to seek:

• Injunctive Relief: Immediate injunctive or equitable relief without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting bond;
• Termination: Immediate termination of your access to the Service;
• Damages: Recovery of actual damages, statutory damages, and/or disgorgement of profits;
• Legal Costs: Recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in enforcing these Terms.

These remedies are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

If you violate these rules, your license to use our Service will immediately terminate. We reserve the right to block or terminate your access (including through network-level restrictions or other technical means) if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also be subject to legal action if your misuse infringes our intellectual property or causes damages.

User Responsibility and Safety

You are responsible for how you use EnjoyMeNow. This includes making sure you have the proper equipment (a compatible smartphone, up-to-date browser, sufficient storage/memory) and a good internet connection to run the WebAR experience. We are not responsible if the Service is not working on your device due to your hardware, software, or connectivity issues.

Augmented Reality Safety Guidelines

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: The EnjoyMeNow WebAR experience requires your full attention and a safe physical environment. By using our AR features, you acknowledge the following safety guidelines and assume all associated risks:

• Stationary Use Only: Always use the AR experience while stationary in a safe, private location. Do not walk, move around, or operate the Service while in motion. Never use the Service while walking, driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where distraction could cause injury or harm.
• Environmental Awareness: Before starting an AR session, ensure your surroundings are clear of obstacles, hazards, tripping risks, and fragile objects. Be aware of furniture, stairs, pets, other people, and any objects you could bump into or knock over while your attention is focused on your device screen.
• Motion Tracking Limitations: Our AR technology uses your device's camera and sensors to track motion. This tracking may not always be perfectly accurate and can be affected by lighting conditions, camera quality, device processing power, and environmental factors. Do not make sudden or exaggerated physical movements in response to AR content.
• Prohibited Environments: Do not use the Service in public spaces, near roadways or traffic, near bodies of water, on balconies or elevated surfaces, near stairs or drop-offs, in crowded areas, or in any location where distraction could lead to injury, embarrassment, or legal consequences.
• Physical Strain: Extended use of AR features may cause eye strain, fatigue, dizziness, or disorientation. Take regular breaks. If you experience any discomfort, nausea, or disorientation, stop using the Service immediately.
• Device Handling: Holding your device for extended periods while using AR features may cause hand, wrist, arm, or neck strain. Use appropriate support or take breaks as needed. We are not responsible for repetitive strain injuries or device damage from drops.
• Private Use: This Service contains adult content. Ensure you are in a private environment where the screen cannot be viewed by minors or others who have not consented to view adult content. You are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate privacy.
• Device Protection: Extended use of AR features may cause your device to become warm or hot. This is a function of your device's hardware and thermal management, not our Service. We recommend taking breaks, using your device in well-ventilated areas, and using protective cases. You are responsible for protecting your device from damage, including damage from drops, impacts, liquids, or bodily fluids.
• Physical Environment: You are responsible for your physical surroundings and any cleanup that may be required during or after use. Use appropriate surfaces and protective coverings as needed for your intended activities. We are not responsible for any damage to furniture, flooring, bedding, rental properties, hotel rooms, or other property.

Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk for any damage to your device, injury to yourself, injury to others, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during or as a result of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: falls, collisions, device drops, device overheating or thermal damage, eye strain, physical strain, damage from bodily fluids, damage to your physical environment, and any consequences of using the Service in an inappropriate environment or manner. By using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these safety guidelines and accept full responsibility for your device, your surroundings, and your personal activities.

6. Preview Session, Stealth Codes, and Payment System

5.1 Preview Session (Mandatory Trial Period)

Complimentary Preview Session: We believe our Augmented Reality engine is among the most advanced available, and we stand behind it – which is why we require all users to experience it firsthand before any purchase. EnjoyMeNow requires all users to complete a complimentary Preview Session (also referred to as "Sneak Peek") before any purchase. This Preview Session provides full, unrestricted access to all core features of the WebAR experience for a limited duration. The purpose of this mandatory Preview Session is to allow you to evaluate the AR technology, assess compatibility with your device, test the motion tracking and anchoring capabilities, and determine whether the experience meets your expectations – all before committing any funds. AR technology continues to evolve, and we are committed to ongoing improvements.

Preview Session Features: During your Preview Session, you will have access to the core AR technology, including motion tracking and anchoring capabilities. Certain features may be limited or unavailable during the Preview Session; the specific features included in the Preview Session versus paid access may change at our discretion. The Preview Session is time-limited and will expire after the displayed duration.

Session Data: Session preferences (such as character selection and pose settings) and access validation data are stored temporarily in your browser’s sessionStorage and automatically cleared when you close the tab. No persistent browser storage (localStorage) is used. No account or persistent login is required. All adult content is also automatically removed from your device when you close the tab.

Acknowledgment of AR Performance: By completing a Preview Session and subsequently purchasing access via a Stealth Code, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) you have had a meaningful opportunity to test the AR functionality, motion tracking, and anchoring technology on your specific device; (ii) you have evaluated whether the experience meets your personal expectations; and (iii) you are satisfied with the technical performance of the service as demonstrated during your Preview Session. Because you had the opportunity to fully evaluate the AR technology before any purchase, refund requests based on AR performance, motion tracking, or anchoring quality are generally not eligible for approval. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe to be fraudulent or abusive, and repeated chargeback abuse may result in termination of access.

Device Compatibility: The Preview Session serves as your opportunity to verify that your device is compatible with our WebAR technology. Different devices may produce varying results in terms of AR rendering quality, motion tracking precision, and overall performance. If you experience issues during your Preview Session, we recommend trying a different device or browser before purchasing. Completing a purchase indicates your satisfaction with the performance as demonstrated on your device.

Purchase Reminders: All purchase buttons and links within the Service display a confirmation prompt reminding you to complete a Preview Session before purchasing. By proceeding past this reminder and completing a purchase, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service and are satisfied with its performance on your device.

Checkout Acknowledgments: At the point of purchase, you may be asked to confirm specific acknowledgments required by applicable law, including (where applicable) consent to immediate access to digital content and waiver of withdrawal rights under EU/UK consumer protection regulations. These checkout acknowledgments are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to any acknowledgments presented during the checkout process.

Beta Program Participation: During the public beta period, submitting feedback through the in-app feedback form constitutes consent to the collection of device performance and compatibility data as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is used exclusively to improve the service. You may choose not to submit feedback, in which case no such data is collected.

5.2 Stealth Code Access System

What Are Stealth Codes: A "Stealth Code" is a unique 5-character alphanumeric code that grants you time-based full access to EnjoyMeNow's premium features. Stealth Codes are our privacy-first alternative to traditional user accounts. They allow you to unlock premium access without creating a conventional account or password-based login. We may still retain limited operational data related to the code, purchase, recovery, fraud prevention, and support. Note: EnjoyMeNow does not require an email address to use the Service, but CCBill (our payment processor) may require an email address for receipt and Stealth Code delivery.

How Stealth Codes Work: When you purchase a Stealth Code, you receive an alphanumeric code via the payment processor's receipt system. To activate your premium access, simply enter the Stealth Code when prompted on our platform. Once validated, your device will be registered to that code, and you will have unrestricted access for the duration associated with your code tier (e.g., 24-hour access, 7-day access, or 30-day access, as specified at the time of purchase). We may also retain the purchase email and limited transaction metadata associated with a Stealth Code where needed for delivery, recovery, fraud prevention, device-limit enforcement, and support.

Device Registration: Each Stealth Code may be used on up to three (3) separate devices. A "device" is identified by a cryptographic hash of your IP address and browser information. We derive an anonymized device signature for licensing purposes. Your IP address is also stored alongside the device registration for abuse prevention and device-limit enforcement, and is retained for the duration of your code's validity period. This device registration system: (a) allows you to use your Stealth Code across multiple personal devices (e.g., phone and tablet); (b) prevents unauthorized sharing of codes; and (c) maintains our privacy-first approach by not requiring personal accounts or identifying information. If you reach the device limit and need to use the code on an additional device, you may purchase a new Stealth Code.

Stealth Code Tiers: We offer multiple Stealth Code tiers with varying access durations. Current tiers include 24-hour access, 7-day access, and 30-day access. The specific pricing for each tier is displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. The access duration begins from the moment you first activate (enter and validate) your Stealth Code, not from the time of purchase.

Single-Use and Non-Transferable: Each Stealth Code is intended for use by the original purchaser only. While you may use your code on multiple devices (up to the device limit), you may not sell, trade, give away, or otherwise transfer your Stealth Code to another person. Stealth Codes purchased through unauthorized channels or obtained through fraudulent means will be voided without refund.

Mid-Session Upgrade: If you enter a valid Stealth Code during an active Preview Session, your session will immediately be upgraded to full premium access. The timer will be removed, session limits will be lifted, and you will gain access to all premium features for the duration of your Stealth Code tier.

5.3 Payment Processing

Third-Party Payment Processors: All payments for EnjoyMeNow Stealth Codes are processed by our authorized third-party billing providers. We currently use CCBill. When you choose to purchase a Stealth Code, you will be directed to a secure payment flow — which may be embedded within our site or involve a redirect to the processor's payment page. We do not directly collect or store your billing information (such as credit card numbers). Your payment details are handled by the applicable processor on their secure, PCI-compliant systems. Your bank or card statement will show a charge from the payment processor used (e.g., CCBill), not from EnjoyMeNow directly, for your discretion.

Acknowledgment of Payment Processor Terms: By initiating a purchase and proceeding to checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that: (i) your transaction will be processed by our applicable third-party payment processor (CCBill), independent of DCBC Group and EnjoyMeNow; (ii) you will be subject to that processor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern how your payment information and any personal data you provide during checkout (such as your email address) will be handled; (iii) you have had the opportunity to review the processor's terms before completing your purchase; and (iv) any disputes regarding the processing of your payment, including chargebacks, fraud claims, or billing inquiries, may be subject to that processor's dispute resolution procedures. We encourage you to review the applicable processor's terms at the time of checkout. By clicking "Purchase," "Pay," "Submit," or any similar confirmation button on the payment page, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.

Payments and Receipts: When you purchase a Stealth Code, you will be directed to a secure payment flow operated by the applicable processor (CCBill), which may be embedded within our site or involve a redirect to the processor's page. The processor collects your email address and payment details. We never receive or store your full payment card details. Our system receives a payment confirmation from the processor that includes a transaction reference and the email address you provided during checkout, which is used for Stealth Code delivery and recovery. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Pricing Transparency: All prices for Stealth Codes will be clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase. Prices are generally in U.S. Dollars (unless specified otherwise) and may exclude any applicable taxes or fees. If sales tax or VAT applies, it will be shown at checkout as required by law. Make sure you review the price and the access duration it grants before confirming payment. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are responsible for the charges indicated.

No Automatic Subscription: Stealth Code purchases are one-time transactions, not recurring subscriptions. When your Stealth Code access period expires, you will not be automatically charged. You must make a new, affirmative purchase if you wish to continue using premium features. We do not enroll users in recurring billing without explicit consent. If we introduce subscription options in the future, such options will be clearly distinguished from one-time Stealth Code purchases and will require separate, explicit consent.

5.4 Refund Policy

Limited Refund Eligibility: All Stealth Code purchases are generally final. Because you have the opportunity to fully evaluate our service through the mandatory Preview Session before purchasing, and because Stealth Codes grant immediate digital access upon activation, we cannot offer refunds in most circumstances. By purchasing a Stealth Code, you acknowledge that you have tested the service during your Preview Session and are satisfied with its performance.

When Refunds May Be Considered: Despite the general no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:

• You were charged but never received your Stealth Code;
• Your Stealth Code was invalid or non-functional upon receipt and we cannot provide a replacement;
• A billing error resulted in duplicate or incorrect charges; or
• Technical issues on our end (not device-specific performance issues) rendered the service completely unusable despite your Stealth Code being valid.

Refunds Not Available For: Refunds will not be provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with AR performance, motion tracking, or anchoring quality that you had the opportunity to evaluate during your Preview Session;
• Change of mind after purchase;
• Device incompatibility that should have been identified during the Preview Session;
• Partial use of the access period;
• Inability to use the service due to geographic restrictions or legal compliance measures; or
• Loss or sharing of your Stealth Code resulting in device limit issues.

How to Request Support: For any billing-related issues, you should first contact CCBill's customer support. CCBill has 24/7 support and can look up your transaction to help resolve common issues. You may also contact us at [email]. While we do not handle the actual transactions directly, we can liaise with CCBill if needed.

Unauthorized Charges: If you notice a charge on your statement that you believe is unauthorized or fraudulent, contact CCBill immediately for investigation. Additionally, please alert us so we are aware of potential fraud.
