Our Privacy Promise (Plain Language)
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We want you to enjoy our WebAR adult experience with peace of mind, knowing we do not collect or misuse your personal data. In simple terms:
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal information when you use EnjoyMeNow. In fact, our policy can be summed up as "we don't collect anything".
- Camera Stays Local: Our WebAR app may use your device's camera and sensors to deliver the interactive experience, but your camera feed never leaves your phone. We do not see, record, or store any images or videos from your camera – all processing happens on your device only.
- No Tracking or Cloud Storage: We do not send any of your activity, movements, or usage data back to our servers or any cloud. Everything, from the 3D models to the motion data, is run locally on your phone.
- Session-Only Data: The files and data needed for the AR experience are saved temporarily on your device (so you can even enjoy some features offline), but once you end your session and close the site, that data is deleted. Nothing remains on your phone after you're done, and nothing is transmitted to us.
- Transparency: We want you to feel safe. If you have any questions about what data we don't collect (or anything else), you can always contact us. We believe in being fully transparent so you can relax and enjoy the experience without worry.
(In short: EnjoyMeNow is designed to give you a fun, immersive adult experience without invading your privacy or storing your data. The experience lives on your phone and nowhere else.)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EnjoyMeNow.com (the "Service"), operated by DCBC Group, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and us (the Service provider). We may update these Terms occasionally, as described in the Changes section below. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Important: The Service provides adult-oriented augmented reality content. It is only for adults who are legally permitted to view such material. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements in the next section and will comply with this Agreement.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
This Service is strictly 18+. You must be an adult to enter or use EnjoyMeNow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- Adult Age: You are at least 18 years old, and you have reached the age of majority under the laws of your country/state of residence. (In other words, you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction.)
- Legal Capacity: You have the legal right and capacity to enter into this Agreement. Using this site is not prohibited by any law that applies to you.
- Not Offended: You are aware that the content is sexually explicit in nature. You acknowledge and affirm that you are not offended by adult sexual content, and you are choosing to access it for your personal, private enjoyment.
- Lawful Access: You are familiar with and will abide by the laws of your jurisdiction regarding adult content. You affirm that accessing "enjoymenow.com" and viewing adult content is lawful in your location. You will not access the Service from any place where adult content is illegal or where our content violates any community standards or laws.
- No Restricted Regions: You are not accessing from a jurisdiction that imposes special age-verification requirements or bans for adult content sites. For example, some regions (such as certain U.S. states) now require adult websites to verify user ages with official ID before allowing access. Because we do not collect personal IDs, our policy is to geo-block those regions in order to comply with such laws and protect user privacy. If you are in an area that requires ID verification by law (e.g. Utah, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, or any country with similar laws), you cannot use this Service under these Terms.
- Personal Use Only: You are using the Service for yourself and not on behalf of any other person or entity. You will not share access to the content with any minors, and you will not allow any minor to view or interact with the Service through your account or device. You agree not to redistribute any content to anyone underage.
If any of the above is not true, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to ask for age verification (to the extent not involving ID upload) or to terminate your access if we suspect you do not meet these criteria. We take age restrictions seriously and will cooperate with regulations to prevent minors from accessing this content.
3. Adult Content and Appropriate Use
Explicit Content Warning: This Service contains sexually explicit adult content (including nudity and graphic sexual simulations). By using the site, you acknowledge that you are choosing to view adult content and that you find such content acceptable. All performers depicted are 18 or older, and we maintain strict policies to ensure no underage content is ever present. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitative content involving minors. If you ever encounter any content on our Service that you believe involves underage individuals (which should not happen, since our content is professionally produced with verified adult actors), please report it immediately to us at legal@dcbcgroup.com, and we will take prompt action (including removing content and notifying law enforcement if necessary).
Content Standards: All content on EnjoyMeNow is limited to legal, consensual adult entertainment. We do not produce or permit any content that is illegal or obscene, including but not limited to: content involving minors, bestiality, non-consensual acts (rape), sex trafficking, actual incest, extreme violence or any other material that violates applicable laws or standards. We ensure that our content complies with U.S. law 18 U.S.C. §2257 (the federal record-keeping and labeling law for adult material) and other relevant regulations. In compliance with these laws, we maintain required age verification records for all models and scenes. All models were 18+ at the time of filming, and records are kept by our Custodian of Records as required. By using the Service, you agree not to contribute to any form of illegal or prohibited content or activity, including:
- No Sharing with Minors: You will not share, display, or allow access to our content to any person under 18. You agree to keep the content for your eyes only and out of reach of minors.
- No Illegal Use: You will not use the Service to do anything unlawful. This includes not using the site or content to solicit or facilitate any illegal acts. (For instance, because we have no chat or social features, there is no platform here for things like prostitution or trafficking – but to be clear, any attempt to use our platform or content in connection with illegal activities is strictly forbidden.)
- No Circumvention: You will not attempt to circumvent any content filters, geographic blocks, or age gates we have put in place. These measures are there to comply with laws and protect users; bypassing them is a violation of these Terms.
- Appropriate Environment: You will use the Service in a private, safe environment. Do not use the AR features in public or in the presence of anyone who may be offended or where it could violate any laws (for example, displaying sexual content publicly where it's not allowed). Use common sense to ensure your use of AR content doesn't cause disturbances or legal issues.
If you find any content on our Service that you believe is prohibited or otherwise violates these Content Standards (for example, something you think is obscene or infringes someone's rights), please notify us at legal@dcbcgroup.com or via our Content Removal/Complaint form (link in footer). We will investigate and, if necessary, remove the content.
4. User Conduct and License to Use the Service
License Grant to You
When you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EnjoyMeNow and its content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This means you may stream or interact with our AR content on your device for your own enjoyment. No ownership rights are transferred to you – we are just giving you permission to use our service and view/listen to our content under these conditions.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All materials on EnjoyMeNow – including all videos, 3D models, images, graphics, animations, software code, text, trademarks (like "EnjoyMeNow" and our logos), and other content – are owned by DCBC Group or its affiliated companies or licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. EnjoyMeNow and DCBC Group retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. You do not acquire any ownership of content by using the site or by purchasing a premium session; you only get the limited license described above.
You must not do any of the following with our content or Service:
- No Copying or Distribution: You may not download (except as needed for streaming/cache), record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express permission. Personal viewing only. For example, you cannot record the AR session and then upload the video elsewhere – that is not allowed.
- No Commercial Use: You cannot use the content for any commercial purpose. This means you can't charge anyone to watch it, can't use it to promote other products, and can't display it publicly or in a commercial setting.
- No Derivative Works: You may not modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from our content or software. This includes not incorporating our 3D models or characters into any other apps, videos, games, or any media.
- No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or technology that makes our Service work. Our WebAR engine and systems are proprietary (we worked hard on it!), and you can't attempt to extract source code or underlying ideas.
- No Hacking or Abuse: You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service or bypass any security or technical measures. This means no introducing viruses or malicious code, no spamming the service, no using bots or scrapers to mass-download content, and no doing anything that could harm the Service or the experience for other users.
- Respect Access Limitations: If certain areas of the site or certain content are restricted (e.g., premium content behind a paywall, or regions we've blocked), you agree not to attempt to access those unlawfully. Do not use VPNs or other methods to evade geographic restrictions if your region is blocked.
If you violate these rules, your license to use our Service will immediately terminate. We reserve the right to block or terminate your access (including by IP address blocking or other technical means) if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also be subject to legal action if your misuse infringes our intellectual property or causes damages.
User Responsibility and Safety
You are responsible for how you use EnjoyMeNow. This includes making sure you have the proper equipment (a compatible smartphone, up-to-date browser, sufficient storage/memory) and a good internet connection to run the WebAR experience. We are not responsible if the Service is not working on your device due to your hardware, software, or connectivity issues. We also strongly advise you to use caution when using AR features: be mindful of your physical surroundings to prevent accidents or injuries. (For instance, don't walk around oblivious to real objects while using our AR scenes.) You assume all risk for any damage to your device or any injury to yourself or others that may occur during your use of the Service.
5. Payments, Premium Sessions, and Refund Policy
Free vs. Paid Content: EnjoyMeNow may offer basic features or teaser content for free, but full access to interactive premium content (such as extended AR sessions, special scenes, or additional features) will require a paid session or membership. We will always clearly inform you what content is free and what requires payment, as well as the price for any premium access.
Third-Party Payment Processors: All payments for EnjoyMeNow's premium content are processed by our authorized third-party billing providers, currently Segpay and Epoch. When you choose to purchase a session or premium access, you will be redirected to the payment processor's secure payment page. We do not directly collect or store your billing information (such as credit card numbers). Your payment details are handled by Segpay/Epoch on their secure systems. The charges on your bank or card statement will appear under the name of the payment processor (e.g., "SEGPAY.com..." or similar), not under EnjoyMeNow, for discretion. By making a payment, you also agree to abide by the terms and policies of the payment processor handling the transaction. (They may require you to agree to their Terms of Service as well during checkout.)
Payments and Receipts
When you choose to purchase an upgraded or premium experience, you are redirected to our payment processor’s secure checkout page. That processor collects limited information such as your email address (for receipt delivery) and payment details. We never receive or store your full payment information.
Our system only receives a confirmation token (or transaction ID) from the processor to confirm that your payment was successful. This token does not include any personal or financial data.
Pricing Transparency: All prices for premium sessions or content will be clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase. Prices are generally in U.S. Dollars (unless specified otherwise) and may exclude any applicable taxes or fees. If sales tax or VAT applies, we will either include it in the price or show it separately at checkout as required by law. Make sure you review the price and the duration/access it grants (e.g., one session, 24-hour access, etc.) before confirming payment. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are responsible for the charges indicated.
No Automatic Subscription (Unless Stated): At this time, purchasing a premium session is typically a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription) unless explicitly labeled as a recurring membership. If in the future we offer subscription plans, we will make that very clear (including the billing interval and how to cancel). We do not enroll users in recurring billing without their informed consent. Always read the purchase details. If you ever have questions about what you're buying, contact us or the payment processor before completing the transaction.
Refund Policy: All sales are generally final. Because our product is digital content that is consumed immediately (you gain instant access to the premium experience once payment is confirmed), we cannot offer refunds in most cases. Once you have accessed the premium content or session, the service is considered delivered. Please be sure you truly want the purchase before confirming.
However, we do want you to have a working experience. If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from enjoying the content you paid for (for example, if the service never loads after you paid, or there was a billing error), please do the following:
- Billing or Access Issues: For any billing-related issues (charges, errors, double billing, etc.) or if you paid but did not receive the premium access, you should contact the payment processor's customer support first. They handle our billing customer service on our behalf. Segpay and Epoch both have 24/7 support lines and online help centers for consumers. They can look up your transaction and help resolve common issues (such as resetting access or issuing a refund if warranted under their policy).
- Contacting Us: You can also inform us of the issue by emailing our support (support@enjoymenow.com or billing@enjoymenow.com). While we do not handle the actual transactions, we can liaise with the processor if needed to ensure you get what you paid for.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you notice a charge on your statement that you believe is unauthorized or fraudulent, you should immediately contact the payment processor (they are listed on your statement) for investigation. They may ask for details like the date and amount of charge. Additionally, feel free to alert us so we are aware of potential fraud.
- Discretionary Refunds: Refunds for digital content are not guaranteed and are provided at the discretion of the payment processor and us. Each case will be reviewed – for example, if a technical failure on our side truly prevented any use of the service, we or the processor may decide to issue a refund or credit. But if you fully used the service (e.g., watched the content) and simply didn't like it or changed your mind, a refund will likely be denied, in line with industry practice for digital goods.
We also comply with any applicable consumer rights or cooling-off periods that may be mandated by law (for instance, certain jurisdictions might have rules for digital content). Where required, we will honor those, but note that many laws waive the right of withdrawal once digital content is accessed.
Billing Descriptors and Customer Service: Remember, your bank statement will show a charge from Segpay or Epoch, not from EnjoyMeNow directly. If you need to contact customer service for billing, you can reach Segpay's consumer support at cs.segpay.com or via phone (for example, US toll-free 1-866-450-4000). Epoch's support info will be provided during checkout if they are the processor. These support teams can help with login issues for paid content, canceling a future charge (if you signed up for a subscription), etc. You can also find their contact on the receipt emailed to you.
Important: We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All transaction processing is external for your safety. We also do not handle ongoing subscription management directly – if you ever wanted to cancel a recurring subscription (if applicable), you would do so through the payment processor's provided tools (e.g., a cancellation link or by contacting their support). If you have trouble canceling, let us know and we will assist in contacting them.
Future Subscription Plans
In the future, we may offer recurring subscription options that provide continuous access to premium experiences. If we introduce subscriptions, the details — including pricing, renewal frequency, cancellation methods, and refund rights — will be clearly shown before you subscribe.
You will always be able to cancel any active subscription directly through the payment processor or through the account portal (if applicable). No subscription will renew without your clear consent.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
EnjoyMeNow may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. For example, when you click to make a payment, you will be taken to a third-party payment gateway site (Segpay/Epoch). We might also occasionally provide links to our parent company's site (DCBC Group), social media pages, or other related services. These external sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Specifically:
- Payment Sites: Any information you provide on the payment processors' pages is subject to their privacy policy and terms of service. We do not control how they handle data – although we choose reputable processors, you should review their terms if you have concerns. We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from your use of those external payment sites, but please inform us if you encounter a serious problem.
- DCBC Group Site: Our corporate parent site (dcbcgroup.com) is separate from the EnjoyMeNow service. Its content is more general and may have its own terms and privacy policy. If you follow a link to that site (or any other site), understand that you have left the EnjoyMeNow service, and these Terms no longer govern there.
- External Content: Any third-party content or links are provided for convenience or reference. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by us. If you leave our site via a third-party link, you do so at your own risk. We recommend you be cautious and review the terms and policies of any external websites.
Regional Access
We may use your device’s approximate IP location solely to determine regional access restrictions or to show region-specific content or offers.
Third-Party Payment Processor
Payments are processed by an independent third-party provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to all payment transactions.
Advertisements and Sponsorships
We may include sponsored or branded visual elements within the experience. These will never involve tracking or behavioral advertising.
7. Termination of Use
We hope to provide a great experience, but we reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to EnjoyMeNow at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or for any other operational or legal reason. Since we do not have user accounts (access is generally session-based), termination may mean we block your device or IP address from accessing the Service.
Reasons for termination can include, but are not limited to: violating the Age Restrictions or Content rules, attempting to steal or share our content, interfering with the Service, or any behavior that is unlawful or that risks harm to us or other users.
If you are terminated/banned, you must cease all use of the Service immediately. You also must delete any copies of content or materials from the Service that you have (including any cached or downloaded content, if any). We may also take legal action against violators if necessary to enforce our rights.
Termination of access for violating terms will not entitle you to any refund of amounts you may have paid (if the violation occurred, that breach voids any refund rights). Additionally, even after termination, you will remain responsible for any obligations incurred before the termination (including any indemnification obligations, or any liability you caused us due to your breach).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Use at Your Own Risk: EnjoyMeNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Service and its content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- No Guarantee of Content: We make no warranty that the content will meet your expectations (for example, we don't guarantee you'll find it arousing or entertaining – that's subjective!), or that it will be to your liking.
- Availability and Accuracy: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. While we aim for high uptime, we can't promise the site will never go down or that access will always be fast. Technical issues or maintenance may occur. We also do not guarantee that any content or information on the site is complete, accurate, or up-to-date (for instance, there might be occasional technical errors or typos, and content is provided for entertainment, not factual reference).
- Fitness for Purpose: We disclaim any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The Service is intended for adult entertainment "as is." It may not work perfectly in every scenario, and it may not be compatible with every device or browser. We do not guarantee it will work on every device or that it will be free from technical glitches.
- No Liability for Damage: We make no warranty that the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components, though we certainly strive to keep it safe. You should ensure you have proper device security. We also are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that results from using the Service. (Again, we don't intentionally send anything harmful, but AR and intensive content might tax your device).
- Augmented Reality Caution: You acknowledge that using AR involves using your device's camera and sensors in real-world environments. We make no warranty that the AR functionality will always accurately detect your motions or environment. Please use it safely. We are not responsible for any real-world consequences of your use of AR (for example, if you trip and fall while using it – that's on you to be careful!).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, any mandatory warranties will apply to the minimum extent required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DCBC Group, EnjoyMeNow, and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any content on it. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or any other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages).
In particular, we will not be liable for:
- Content Issues: Any offensive or illegal content that you encountered (we try to avoid any illegal content, and we provided content warnings – ultimately, accessing adult content is your choice and risk).
- User Conduct: Any conduct of other users or third parties (though in our case, there's no user-generated content, so this is mostly not applicable).
- Technical Failures: Any downtime, bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Service. You agree that technology isn't perfect and you will not hold us liable for any such issues.
- Damage or Injury: Any harm to your device, or injury to you (or others) that might occur through use of the Service (for example, if an AR visual surprises you and you drop your phone, or you strain a muscle imitating something – these are not liabilities we assume).
If, notwithstanding the above, we are found liable to you for any damage or loss arising from or related to the Service, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. If you have never paid anything (for free users), then our liability is zero, to the extent permissible by law. This limitation applies collectively to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Exceptions: Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the smallest amount permitted by law (and no provisions of these Terms will waive any legal rights you have that cannot be waived).
You acknowledge that without these disclaimers and limitations, we would not be able to offer the Service (or would have to charge much more), and these Terms fairly allocate risk between the parties.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DCBC Group, EnjoyMeNow, and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or relate to any claim by a third party arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or regulation, or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity.
In plain language, if your actions result in us being sued or fined, you agree to cover our costs. For example, if you illegally share our content and someone sues us for it, or if you use the Service in a way that violates someone else's rights and we get dragged into it, you'll cover our expenses and losses. We will notify you of any such claim and, if we choose, allow you to assist in the defense (provided you do so cooperatively and we approve the strategy). We reserve the right to handle our defense as we see fit, even if you are indemnifying us, but we will consult with you reasonably.
11. Copyright Infringement (DMCA) Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. Although our Service does not allow user-generated content, if you believe that any content on EnjoyMeNow infringes your copyright (for example, if you have reason to think some content was used without permission or some work belongs to you), please notify us with a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice or equivalent. You can send an email to legal@dcbcgroup.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". Your notice should include:
- Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. (If multiple works, you can send a representative list.)
- Location of Infringing Material: A description of where on our site the material you claim is infringing is located, with enough detail that we can find it (e.g., the URL or the specific title of the scene).
- Your Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, so we can contact you.
- A Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature (typing your full name at the end of the email can suffice).
Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if appropriate. We may notify the user (if any user was involved, which in our case would usually just be our own content team) of the takedown. Because there is no user-uploaded content on EnjoyMeNow, in most cases a copyright complaint will involve content we provided – if there was a licensing mistake or similar, we will address it quickly.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notification under the DMCA. That should also include your identification, the content removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We will review any counter-notice and, if valid, may restore the content and notify the original complainant (in line with DMCA procedures).
We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts that are repeat infringers. (Again, this is more a formality for us since users don't upload material, but if somehow someone repeatedly tried to misuse our site in an infringing way, we would ban them.)
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and post the revised Terms on the website. In certain cases, if you have provided contact information or if it's required by law, we may also notify you of significant changes via a notice on our site or other communication.
Your Responsibility: It is ultimately your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the Service after we update the Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update or change, you should stop using EnjoyMeNow.
We understand legal documents can be long – we will not make frivolous changes. Changes typically will occur if we add new features, if laws change, or if something in our business practices changes that affects the Terms. If you have any questions about a change, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We are headquartered in Florida, and choosing Florida law provides consistency.
By using the Service, you agree that any legal action or proceeding concerning these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute. You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, and waive any objection on the grounds of inconvenient forum or any similar grounds.
If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, note that we operate subject to U.S. laws. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws as stated earlier. However, the governing law for this agreement is Florida/USA. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.
